Cleanroom masks
Cleanroom masks keep droplets and particles from mouth and nose away from the product. They are product protection, not respiratory protection for the wearer. The new line comprises six three-layer masks: with earloops and conversion clip, tie-on or with anti-fog visor, sterile, irradiated or non-sterile.
All masks are white, individually packed and designed with a flexible nose strip. Filtration values (PFE, BFE) and differential pressure are design targets; test methods will be fixed with the series. For respiratory protection of the wearer we refer to AirGuard Pro.

This article belongs to the new ProSafe cleanroom line and is not yet available. All technical figures are target specifications for series production, not product commitments. Test reports, conformity documents and sterilisation validations will be supplied with the release of the series.

Selection guide
- Earloops or ties
- Earloops with clip are quick to put on and can be joined behind the head; ties fit more individually during long wear.
- Sterile, irradiated or non-sterile
- Sterile masks with validated irradiation for GMP A/B; irradiated masks without sterility validation and non-sterile masks for GMP C/D and ISO 5 to 8.
- Visor
- The visor mask protects the eyes from splashes and in many cases replaces separate goggles.
- Pouch shape
- The 250 mm pouch mask offers more breathing space and covers the neck area.

No, the masks of this line are product protection for controlled areas and are not placed on the market as medical devices or respiratory protection.
What is the conversion clip?
A small plastic clip that joins both earloops behind the head so the mask sits under the hood without pulling on the ears.
