Cleanroom gloves
Gloves are the interface to the product. In the cleanroom, therefore, not only tightness and grip count, but also particle and ion release, endotoxins, latex proteins and behaviour in double gloving. The new line comprises 13 gloves in natural rubber latex, nitrile and polychloroprene in lengths of 300, 400 and 600 mm.
Sterile gloves are packed in pairs in PE wallets and designed for AQL 0.65 (level 3); non-sterile gloves come 100 to a bag with AQL 1.5. Neon-green undergloves make damage to the outer glove visible. All values are target specifications; lot test reports will be supplied with the series.

- Latex for grip and stretch, nitrile for latex-free use and chemical resistance, polychloroprene (neoprene) as a latex-free alternative with high flexibility.

- 300 mm for standard work, 400 mm for isolators and laminar flow, 600 mm for deep vessels and shoulder-length coverage.
- Sterile or non-sterile
- Sterile gloves for GMP A/B, packed in pairs; non-sterile for controlled areas and as undergloves.
- Double gloving
- Smooth outer surfaces and signal colours ease double gloving; the underglove should differ in colour from the outer glove.
- Cytotoxic drugs
- For cytotoxic drug preparation, permeation values to ASTM D6978 are stored as design targets; the series test report is decisive.
Frequently asked questions
What does AQL 0.65 mean?
The acceptable quality limit describes the maximum permissible share of leaking gloves in the sample. AQL 0.65 corresponds to level 3 of EN ISO 374-2 and is stricter than AQL 1.5 (level 2).
Are the gloves powder-free?
All gloves of the line are powder-free and triple washed in deionised water to reduce particles and ions.
Which sizes are available?
Hand-specific gloves in half sizes from 5.5 or 6.0 to 9.0 or 10.0; ambidextrous gloves in XS to XXL. The size range is stated per article.
